Heat Seeker pattern

The Heat Seeker pattern is pdf containing all the instruction on how to create the Heat Seeker tapestry. This is an intermediate-advanced pattern due to the amount of color changes, however if you know the basics you will be fine.

Throughout this pattern I’ve included demonstrations of each technique I’ve used accompanied by step by step photographs; these techniques include color changing tips, surface crocheting, how to make a moss stitch border, and attaching a dowel rod. Stitch fiddle links and color charts for both right and left handed crocheters are also available in this pattern.

Materials Needed

• Crochet hook (I used a 3.75mm hook)

• Dowel rod, I used a 32 inch /81 cm ( I get mine from Joann fabrics, I’ve heard most hardware stores have them & ive seen them at Walmart)

• Scissors

• Yarn needle

• Yarn, 8 colors ( 1 skein for each color with the exception of black and hot green; I used 2 skeins for 

   I used lily’s sugar n cream,  worsted 4ply cotton. 1 skein per a color, 70.9 grams/2.5 Oz 

Dimensions

The height of the tapestry is 25 in / 63.5 cm

The width of the tapestry is 27 in / 68.5 cm
